Homemade Plumbob Part 1

I have always loved the Sims and while at Megacon last year I saw someone dressed as a sim and it was amazing. I wanted to do something different with my plumbob give it that see through look without spending all of the trouble with plastic. The outside is made with circular wood pieces painted green and in two separate pieces. The inside has a green sparkley see through fabric. In the center is a green glow stick bracelet that is interchangeable and keeps the two pieces together. It will later have a stick attached to the bottom that will attach to a headband.
